Who are these sessions for?
Do you feel stressed, constantly under pressure, overwhelmed or feel like you’re running on a hamster wheel and chasing your never ending to do list?
What will we do?
During these 60 minute sessions we will work on identifying the aspects of your life that may be contributing to the way you currently feel and set clear goals to help you improve your quality of life with the knowledge, skills and confidence to make the necessary lifestyle and behavioural changes.
We will meet weekly or fortnightly. Sessions will be either in person (Central London) or via video link.
